Jim is responsible for overseeing business activities for all Quad plants along the East Coast. Throughout his career, Jim has held executive level roles with a variety of printers. Prior to joining Quad/Graphics in 2012, Jim worked for Flower City Printing in Rochester, NY where he was the Group President. Jim also held leadership roles with RR Donnelley, The Dingley Press, and Quebecor-Worldcolor. Jim earned his MBA from the University of Dallas and his undergraduate degree in Print Management from Pittsburg State University. Jim and his family live in the Boston area.
A Salem State College alum, Bob began his career at (the former) UniGraphic in 1982. In 1985, he was made an account executive; in 1990, he became a sales manager; and in 2000, Bob purchaed UniGraphic with his two Brothers; Jack and Mike. Bob and his family then sold the company to Quad/Graphics in 2014. Bob and his wife Linda have six (yes, six) children: Robby, Matt, Nicole, Andrew, Ben and Cory. Aside from running a highly successful business, Bob enjoys golfing, running, and coaching the kids. The Quinlan family lives in Duxbury.
Mike is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Quad’s Woburn and Long Island City facilities. Mike joined the company team in 2000 with over 10 years of experience developing new business units in support of the U.S. Defense Industry. In the 1980s, Mike served for 7 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer flying EA-6B Prowlers off the U.S.S. Ranger and as an instructor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Mike is married to the former Paula Sweeney. They have two children (Victoria and Stephen) and live in Andover.
Jack is the sales manager and is responsible for leadership and support of the local sales team. Jack joined the company in 1995 as assistant account executive to (brother) Bob Quinlan. In 1996, he became account executive and focused on building relationships with small- to medium-size advertising agencies. Prior to joining the company, Jack held a position in the accounting department at Hill Holliday in the early 90s. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State College. Jack lives in Plymouth.

Felicia manages the team of client service representatives and is responsible for delivering the level of service and experience excellence that our customers have come to expect. Prior to joining Quad, Felicia spent nine years as Regional Marketing Director for USA TODAY, a leader in multi-media service delivery. She earned an M.B.A. from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Felicia and her family live south of Boston.
